Wow. You watch a lot of movies, X. I would do this but a)I'm too tired (see my blog for why) and b)the number I *haven't* seen would be too embarrassing to admit to.
That's my story and I'm a-stickin' to it.

Actually Kris, most of them (especially the B&W ones) I watched as a child. They played an oldie every Sunday afternoon on TV. Very good way to digest that enormous roast mum used to cook.

You really need to see Dr. Strangelove, Sunset Boulevard, and Treasure of the Sierra Madre. Oh boy are those great films.
Dr. Strangelove, definitely must see, lol. The former Nazi scientist who "Heil Hitler"s like a tourettes victim is too damn funny.
My Fair Lady--Um, yup, you have to say it. I remain utterly conflicted about that movie. It's great until the end...why the HELL should she come back? I mean, WE know he loves her, but she's got no motivation whatsoever to come home. I want to rip out my own teeth without lidocaine everytime I see that! LOL!
Smooches,
Dee
(who is off to see why Tanya was sleepy)

would you believe i've seen all but 74 & 76??? - which i suppose tells you that i was either:
1. boring with no social life
2. hooked on movies
3. a movie reviewer at one time
4. paralyzed with nothing but movies for a while to entertain me
5. kidnapped at gunpoint & forced into celluloid hell
and as an aside, for the writers, peter benchley was rejected 17 times for "jaws" before it was purchased.
and only 1 of the above statements is not true.
vewwy intewesting, X - especially liked your reviews - lol.

It would be interesting to see if the British film industry has a similar list. (and how many of those I've seen as well). Because growing up in Oz, I saw equal amounts of British and American movies.
